At HD Gazebos Ltd, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at the best value. Below you’ll find details of our UK delivery services and returns policy.

🚚 Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery
Standard delivery is usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery
Available on selected products for next-day delivery when ordered before 12pm (Monday–Friday).

Delivery Charges
Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your delivery status.

Outside Mainland UK
For Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and international orders, additional charges and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact us for a custom quote.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns process is simple:

14-Day Return Window
You may return unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Goods
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, resaleable condition.

Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your gazebo or accessories arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

Carefully repackage the item and return it to the address provided.
