Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HD Gazebos Ltd. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Goods must be in a resalable condition
  • All components and parts must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once goods are received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
  • Items not returned in original condition
  • Custom or special-order products

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and details

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
